Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping (covered by us):
    • If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • If we made an error in processing your order.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed).

Restocking Fee

For returns not caused by defects, damages, or store error, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
